Our Mission
Take mommy & me classes to the next level by empowering parents to understand the "why" behind play and feel confident understanding their child's development at each stage

Our dedicated therapists work with each parent to create customized activities that meet their baby's unique needs and goals. We know from experience that the first year of life is overwhelming and it's easy to get lost researching and comparing yourself and baby to others - if you are ready to feel empowered and confident in understanding and supporting your child’s development, you’re in the right place!
What To Know
What is a pediatric occupational therapist (OT)?
- A healthcare professional with a master's or doctorate degree who specializes in supporting the development of an infant's nervous system and promoting their physical, cognitive, and social growth using evidenced-based research and practice
- Classes welcome to all parents - whether it's your 1st or 4th kiddo!
- Meet once a week for 60 minutes in San Marcos, CA
- Designed for infants ranging 3-12 months old
- Intimate setting (max 12 per class)
